In a rather dry article about robo-advising, I mentioned that Michael Dolenko, partner and co-head of our innovation group, had a secret life as a gourmet chef.
Then I remembered I had photographic evidence! So if you’re ever in Toronto and Michael says, “I’ll put something together for dinner,” consider saying yes.
What I got: Freshly ground burger from equal parts chuck, short rib and sirloin; pea and radish salad, asparagus vinaigrette, potato salad.
When Michael asked if I could eat a second one, I didn’t turn him down.
