Stephan Sigaud joins Phase 5

We are pleased to announce that Stephan Sigaud joined Phase 5 as of September 18.

As Executive Vice President of Marketing and Development, Stephan will be responsible for leading the development of the firm’s global growth strategy and implementing it through building the Phase 5 brand, expanding its suite of offerings and developing relationships with new clients.

Stephan comes to Phase 5 with a successful track record of helping Market Research organizations grow.  He was most recently at Kantar TNS Canada where, as head of the Marketing and Business Development team, he was able to raise the company’s profile and significantly expand its clientele base with new leading Canadian and global companies coming on board.

Prior to that position he built a reputation as expert in Customer Experience with practice leadership roles for both TNS in the Americas and Harris Interactive in the U.S. and Canada. He also strengthens the firm’s capabilities and reputation as a specialist in B2B thanks to having spent the first several years of his career in Market Research as President of IDSI, a company focused on customer loyalty in business-to-business environments.

Stephan is passionate about partnering with clients to address their business challenges and opportunities around customer centricity. He has helped leading brands achieve sustainable growth through gains in customer loyalty in all major sectors of the global economy, having worked with clients in Financial Services, Telecom and Technology, Automotive, Hospitality and Retail as well as clients in the non-profit and public sectors.

Stephan has given presentations at conferences and seminars in all major regions of the world.  He is active in both Marketing and Customer Experience communities in Canada.

Stephan holds an MBA from ESSEC, the leading French Business School.  He lives with his wife and step-daughter in Toronto.
